Hello Sue, Many thanks for your quick and helpful response! I’ll certainly try out your suggestions. And while I’ve got you online, I’d just like to say many MANY thanks for all the effort and hard work you put into maintaining your EXCELLENT Writelink website. The range of informative and interesting information available on it is a real godsend to fledgling writers like me Have a great Christmas and a wonderful New Year. Best wishes, Melanie
Dear Sue; I have today received my Writelinkpro pack and although I have so far (because of pressures of time), only accessed a portion, I have been impressed with what I have seen. As a former editor of business to business magazines; now part-time lecturer in creative writing and more especially that of writing/preparing/submitted articles for magazines, I have specific interests. I have to say your thinking/teaching was spot on, easy to read and understand. I have taken the liberty of showing a copy to a teaching colleague who agreed whole-heartedly with me. Many thanks. I look forward to reading the whole! Mark Robberts
How do you do it? Be so organised I mean. I think the service you give to your members is great - informative and personal too, and that you find the time to give feedback, quite amazing. Thanks for your positive comments on my story. I will continue to recommend you to all my friends until they all sign up with you. Linda Lewis
Hello Sue That’s great news, I’m delighted. Thank you! Whilst writing can I tell you how great I think Writelink is. I am editing a collection of 365 short stories for a friend and told them that if they were serious about writing they HAD to sign up to Writelink. If we had to gather together the valuable information that you ferret out for us - well, no one would have time to write. Thanks again, best wishes Avril Evitts
Hi Sue What I thought you would like to know is that I think your web site is wonderful and has given me loads of inspiration. Having played around with an idea for a novel for some time I sent the first 3000 words to Roselle Angwin and have been very pleasantly surprised by the feedback. Well worth the money spent for the hours of satisfaction and entertainment my writing gives me. Many thanks Sally
Hi Sue, Just want to let you know what a difference getting involved with Writelink has made to my life. First, your news letters are like a breath of fresh air, I’m sure I am not the only one who looks forward to receiving and gaining benefit from them. Receiving them has renewed my interest in writing, not only the news, but the workshops as well. getting this far, Writelink had a great deal to do with that revival. I don’t want to stop writing because I love it! Best Regards, Edie Hill
Hi Sue, I’ve subscribed to your newsletter for quite some time now. I really look forward to each new issue and thoroughly enjoy reading all the tidbits and following the links to the various sites. I have not written to you before because quite frankly I avoid writing at all costs, but when I downloaded the screen saver last week I new I had to comment on those photographs. They are just fantastic! What camera did you use? Did you do touch-ups? Anyway I just wanted to say they are great photo’s and I really enjoy your newsletter. Keep up the good (and hard) work. Steve Wood (ex scouser now Canadian)
Playing around with the Internet today whilst awaiting the arrival of the flow of creative juices I’d ordered, I fell into your website. I’m not sure how I found it - just randomly clicking anything that looked interesting - but I’m really glad I did!
I’ve already joined up with your WriteLinkPro, emailed various links found in your enewsletter and am now working my way through the rest! There’s far too much useful/helpful information to be taken in in just one sitting. Paraphrasing your ’Hacking It’ piece - I’ve just got to get a cup of coffee before I go on. I’m really looking forward to becoming a fully pro-active member! Thanks Cherie
