I was asked today what to put in the author's place when merely an editor of an anthology. I suppose it's one of those little things that self publishing companies have overlooked, but I suggest that you put 'Edited by .... ' where you would write the author's name, and repeat this on the title pages etc. When it comes to your account with, say Lulu, you will be down as the author with the anthology in your store and any earnings coming via your account. It's just a matter of keeping tabs on sales and doling out the profit to whoever is earmarked for it, be it a charity, a writers' group or other when you actually get paid.
