The keyboard feels alien, my fingers feel arthritic and my mind is churning over so slowly I feel like getting up and walking away. Have a cuppa, you&rsquo;ll feel better. </span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: Arial; mso-bidi-font-size: 12.0pt;">&nbsp;</span></p> <p class="MsoBodyText" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;"><span style="font-size: small; font-family: Arial;">But I can&rsquo;t do that because I&rsquo;ve promised myself this is a new start. I had so much going on last year - what with a new baby and all the problems that came with her (Emma-Grace enjoyed her first Christmas, by the way) and my mind was so full of jobs that needed doing and the list was getting longer and longer &ndash; that I never really felt comfortable being at my computer. </span></p> <p class="MsoBodyText" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Arial;">&nbsp;</span></span></p> <p class="MsoBodyText" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;"><span style="font-size: small; font-family: Arial;">In fact, when I was doing one thing I actually felt guilty about not do any one of the hundred or so other things I could or should be doing instead. </span></p> <p class="MsoBodyText" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Arial;">&nbsp;</span></span></p> <p class="MsoBodyText" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;"><span style="font-size: small; font-family: Arial;">But my list is a little shorter now and I&rsquo;m in a much more organised place &ndash; at least I hope I am. </span></p> <p class="MsoBodyText" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Arial;">&nbsp;</span></span></p> <p class="MsoBodyText" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;"><span style="font-size: small; font-family: Arial;">I&rsquo;ve set myself some goals. One of which is to write every day not just when I feel like it! Another is to polish and send off some stories as soon as possible because that&rsquo;s the only way I&rsquo;m going to know!! </span></p> <p class="MsoBodyText" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Arial;">&nbsp;</span></span></p> <p class="MsoBodyText" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;"><span style="font-size: small; font-family: Arial;">There are others, lots actually, but these are the main two.
