    I keep records too, Jean - but you never said when this was taken. You are forgiven though, as the snowdrops do seem to congregate like white-wimpled-heads of hope in light of spring.

    Our first snowdrops were out on 20 January and crocus were out last week around the 26th.

    We have seen a few in local churchyards in the past week but the promised cold snap may hold back others from emerging, Jean. Don't they look a picture when you see them en masse like this.
