Hello again to everyone.

I apologize for my prolonged abscence from this site. I got too wrapped up in writing for web sites, particularly triond, taking a whole year of committing lots of time to this writing without much financial reward or real recognition. My wife always told me that my best area of writing was fiction, so I put together an antholgy of stories which I published on amazon kindle. The book is called Dancing with the devil and other twisted tales by Tony H Leather and I am extremely proud of having done it.

I have actually done two more collections that are in the works, another volume of general fiction and one of science-fiction short tales with which I am really pleased. I am also planning to write an anecdotal autobiography, having lived a pretty interesting life in many ways.  Add to this my desire to get back to the basics of writing and submitting to regular outlets - something I have not dobne in many years - and you can appreciate that I feel the need again to communicate with genuine writers like those found here at writelink.

I do intend to be more active here this time and take a much bigger part in things, but remember that in some ways I am starting again from scratch, so I hope you will bear with me for a time. I am not abandoning the web sites I write for, just scaling down my input to them in a big way, to concentrate on getting my freelance writing career back onto the right track. Good to be back. My book, BTW, is a great read, as the comments on the other post I have submitted show, so do not be shy of buying it, because it is genuine value for money, or at least so I have been told.
