Don't moan that I never do you any favours. I've just spent half the afternoon getting my head round download pages.
I still haven't managed it all but here's a link and it worked for me.
http://www.dwrob.com/download/WLR2011.zip
Your browser should ask whether you want to open or save it. You'll have to open it at some stage. And when you do, you'll find the pdf file there. Open that and clike "file" then "save a copy". That will download it to your hard drive.
And enjoy.
