EWE-REEKA! IT'S OUT AT LAST!
It's taken nearly all year to write, but my new book is out at last!
I was commissioned to write, Showing Sheep For Pleasure and Profit about this time last year, but due to the fact that it relies heavily on the summer shows for illustrations, I couldn't complete most of it until the summer.
It turned out to be a real pleasure to write as it involved visiting a lot of past haunts. It's published by the Good Life Press. They have lots of books on these kind of subjects, worth taking a look if you're still looking for Christmas presents. You'll need to look under sheep for my book!

Best of luck with it. :) Biggest problem with showing sheep in winter is finding the little blighters in the snow. Did you put that tip in? :)

Congratulations sue on the book. I went to the book site to have a look and was sorely tempted to get it for friends but resisted as I realised that as they've been showing shep for years it would perhaps be coals to Newcastle. But I should think the book will be very useful to many who are starting or thinking of it. I haven't heard of a book on the specific subject.

Took all the photos except for two! No didn't include snow tip as they don't have shows in the winter, not outside anyway! There isn't an up to date book on the subject Daffni, that's why I got asked to write one!
