Thanks everyone, but does it actually work? I ask myself! If it does it had better not work too well as I've only had 20 copies printed and I've sold 7 all ready! Will keep you posted!

Who is the divinely beautiful Mistress Clifford, surely some celebrity?

Er ... no ... our budget wouldn't run to it I'm afraid. We had to make do with some old biddy from Worthington!

Ah, verily I knowtheth off her.
Of an old and ancient lineage. Old, but noble.
The casting in this Musicalette is spot on.

Sarah Johnson, The
Hangman (an evil looking
character, who, in a previous performance frightened some of the audience to tears)and not least , the Maid who is very much an earthy type hussy of the soil.

The maid has gone up in the world, which is why she doesn't appear in the new version. (Rumour has it that she was never really a maid at all, but the wronged Countess herself, heavily disguised and sent by Parliament to spy on the Earl!
