MAY DAY!
Beautiful weather and a lovely evening so what do most normal folk do? Get the barbie out of course, but not many get the Maypole out as well!

Not sure which of the "children" enjoyed it the most!

This one certainly did!

... and where did this Potter character come from?

... and what about that leg!

But nothing beats a ride in a wheelbarrow!
Thanks Brian for the photos!

It looks a lot of fun. I took Brucie for a walk on May Day and came back with a sprig of May blossom - all very tame in comparison.
Leg? A natural 'hoofer'!
That hat wants snipping.
Pixillating!

Amnd what's more, don't you need a licence for pole dancing?

I bet Brucie wouldn't agree with you Mary! A license for pole dancing? Hee hee hee, we were rule bending as well then! Thanks Greenygrey, the pics were taken by a friend of mine.

It's great when people dress up and have fun - even if it's only a hat. I think I'd opt for the wheelbarrow ride as well!

Looks like you had fabulous fun. We didn't have maypole dancers here this year but at least we had some musicians, well, two anyway!
