Deception

This is another photo taken on Arran. I've called it Deception because it's all about the angle one views the stones from. Although they appear monumental in this picture, they are really only just above ankle-height! Still, they did look spectacular as the whole beach was covered in them!

Incredible! Ankle height! You must be an amazing photographer.
Do you live on Arran and which are your languages? Excuse my incurable curiosity.

Cool angle. They look like large rock formations... :)

As I recall, I got rather wet and bruised lying down low on other pebbles/stones to look upwards and get that shot!
Unfortunately, my only real languages are English, French and gobbledygook, though I did German GCSE and a smattering of Spanish ten or fifteen years ago.

Great photo angle. I smattered Spanish for a while, too.

I think i might have got on with Spanish, given more time and proper teaching. But not as much as French. I really wish I'd done Latin, though mostly completely useless, it would have been great for etymology etc. Typically, my school started offering that the year I left!
