Waterfall

A picture of a waterfall on the Scottish isle of Arran. It just goes to prove summer isn't the only season of colour!

Very pretty, Sarah! I love autumn colours. Golden, warm.

Lovely picture Sara. It also proves it rains a lot in Scotland - the main reason I left! You got lucky.

The sound of water is always lovely, too, I find. It looks so fresh, clean and natural...

Lovely. I do like rivers and streams and particularly waterfalls. I think it is partly because of the sound too.
There is a stream that runs down the mountain behind me, which has a lovely waterfall. The first winter that I was here everything froze for several weeks, including the waterfall. There was brilliant sun and the water still flowed behind the ice architecture. Ir was an amazing sight because one could see it sparkling and flowing behind the ice.

Lovely, reminds me of a glen in Tyrone, where I like to spend an hour or two occasionally.

Thank you all for your comments. I love water - sound, feel, sight - but that's probably obvious from some of my poems!

Thanks Paola, Marit.
Marit, I think the problem is to do with subscribers being notifified when a post is first saved as published even if one has set the publication date for the future.
