Fine Weather Clouds?

Fine weather clouds? Where?

[More:]

Well, they were definitely in evidence yesterday afternoon. Glorious blue sky and the odd cotton wool cloud high up, with evidence of those mackerel clouds again. The rain started an hour later and today it is torrential again.
Some parallel universe is getting all our promised fine weather. Although, did I hear the mention of an Indian Summer on the 'Breakfast' programme? At least that would be something to look forward to. :)

Here in the South East, we've just had six and a half hours of non-stop torrential rain...Isn't it always the way. Yesterday was nice and I wasted it working indoors. Today I'd planned to visit the allotment.

I don't waste sunny days indoors, if I can help it - not these days. (I haven't forgotten being marooned indoors for the entire summer of '05 after my accident.)
This morning I had to tip out several inches of water from the tray of leek seedlings and the garden is a bit water-logged, but it's nothing compared to what a lot of people have to contend with. I feel very sorry for all those affected by all this rain and flooding.
