I read Mo's post on the forums and I know that you're aware of the current problems, but here are my observations.

The main problem appears to be posting under the "expert" tab. on "Simple" I have all my categories and options. On "expert", I have none of them, and it will not permit posts at all.

I have cleared both cache memory and all coookies, but it's made no difference.

I can't access my post/edit page at all in IE and cannot log in with FireFox.

Yep, Dave, but on 'Simple' mode you don't get the 'read more' tab...

There is one 'problem' with the Simple route - there is no 'more or IM' function so a post appears with a Read Full Post Message at a point where you would not break the piece.

You're all preaching to the choir. I have a piece for posting and I don't want to put it up until the !M function is back.

Lo, I don't know what to suggest for login problems, other than a week in Barbados. I say that on the basis that by the time you come back, the problems may be sorted out, and if they're not, you'll have soaked up so much sun and rum, you probably won't care.

This is a desperate appeal. How can I get back to log in at blogs? I can't post a new message as I can't log in - catch 22 - so am using the comment box here.
The blog site does not recognise me -- it says!!! but my name and email etc are here above the message, waiting for me. I've tried to get new password but it refuses all three of my email addresses although one is above this message.
All this seems to be from the moment I was upgraded to spotlighted. I can post in arena etc but not in blogs. I know it's a separate site and am happy with that as long as I can in here and I just can't find a way.

BROWSER PROBLEMS SOLVED!
It took a lot longer than we expected, but the issues we have had viewing and editing Categories with Firefox and Profile with Internet Explorer have been resolved!
