New Guns n' Roses album streaming on MySpace

Author: greenygrey (add to friends)

For all those who were into rock in the 80s, or are now, the new Guns n' Roses album is streaming in its entirety on MySpace: http://www.myspace.com/gunsnroses

It's out on Monday in the UK, so like writing, I guess music is having to show itself before release these days in our www world.

It's got a lot of slow and thoughtful tracks, as well as innovative rocky ones, so a bit for everybody.

It's a bit of a cheek calling the band GnR though isn't it.
No Slash, in fact isn't Axl the only orignal member in the new line up?
I bought the Velvet Revolver album. Slash is as good as ever on that.
GnR were one of my favourite bands. They aren't the same without Slash though. :(

I'm not sure about this one. i was a massive G 'n' R fan but I think Axl Rose ought to have some dignity. He sounds strained and he looks like a slightly overweight Mick Hucknall, which in turn makes me feel old too! I remember those teensy white shorts...I think I need to go and lie down now!

Yeh, would be better to have the old band together, but there's some classic stuff on this one, in the style of the Illusion blue album.

It's taken about 5 guitarists to get there though!

Not commenting on the shorts, but yeh, does make you feel a bit old...but young in another way as they're our age and still doing it!

And as for Keef Richards, who's 65 this month...
