11th ANNUAL GREAT AMERICAN SONG CONTEST NOW ACCEPTING ENTRIES!
The Great American Song Contest features awards for 45 winners in 9 categories and provides over $10,000 in prizes. Music-industry judges include prominent publishers, recording artists, producers and songwriters.
Entrants receive written evaluations of their songs.
PLEASE NOTE: THERE IS A SPECIAL LYRICS ONLY CATEGORY FOR POEMS SUITABLE FOR SETTING TO MUSIC.
This annual International event is sponsored by Songwriters Resource Network, a trusted news and education resource for songwriters and lyricists everywhere.
Submission deadline is October 30, 2009.
Entry fees are $30 (USD) for each of the first 2 songs; then $25 for each additional song entered.
