Hello all,

Hope you are fine and dandy and enjoying summer. I am excited because I'm doing a triathlon in under 2 months..... ahhh! Yikes. I am very scared. But excited. Am getting shouted at by lifeguards on a regular basis at London Fields Lido and me and my bike Sebastian and I are enjoying exploring London together in preparation.

I'm doing it for the World Development Movement who I think are really cool - they are a charity that campaigns on climate change and trade and aim to create a more just world and redress imbalance between rich/poor countries. I kinda kept harrassing then about work experience and when that didn't happen thought this would be a cool thing to do as I've always wanted to do a tri.

It's 1.5km swim, 40km cycle, 10km run.... AAAAH!

Anyway, any support be it tips, love, a funky outfit to wear on the day, a wetsuit you can lend me, and most importantly - sponsorship..... would be awesome!!!!
