Superb pic. But there are other contenders for the highest cliffs in Europe, as I discovered when researching Cabo Giraeo for my Madeira articles. See http//en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cliff#Europe

we are told 'Located on the coast of County Donegal, Ireland, Slieve League, at 601 metres, is Europe's highest sea cliff after the cliffs of Croaghaun on the northern coast of Achill Island.'

The picture there is rather similar to mine.

When we went to Ireland, we visited the Cliffs of Moher - very dramatic! We walked along for a while. I should have some pics somewhere...
