How many beans make five?

It was a riddle from my childhood. How many beans make five?

[More:]

The answer was: a bean, two beans, a bean and a half, and a half a bean.

Now there's any another bean out that has set us all a target. The Yorkshire Post reported this week on a lady named Ivy Bean who, at 102, has a blog on Facebook.

Only 31 years to go for me!
