WHAT IS THE WRITELINK CHALLENGE?

Each month we'll be setting a new contest for a short story, poem or non-fiction article similar to that which takes place in the current Arena.

[More:]

The difference is that only standard Writer members will be able to enter! Standard Writer members will be equivalent to current non-Spotlighted Writers.

Spotlighted Writers will have their own contest. (See Super Challenge).

is everyone already an automatic member or do you have to earn it or something? Sorry if I sound stupid but I've only just come on to this site and all the contests look really interesting but I dont't know which ones I'm allowed to enter!

To enter the Super Challenge you have to be a Super Writer which is for published writers or those that have won or been placed in an open competition.

For those that haven't, the Writelink Challenge is open to them. Both, when they launch, will offer cash prizes.

You need to be a Writer member of the site before entering these, go to: http://www.writelink.co.uk/upgrade-account.php to upgrade.

If you don't want to upgrade to writer status, there are lots of external contests on our Competition page.
