AUTHOR NAMES & AVATARS
Great news! Two new mods have been added to the blogs which should make things a bit clearer for posters and readers.
Author Names - Postings that appear on any of the Writelink site blogs, e.g. BlogAll, Help and Development now include the name of the poster. You should see this under the headline that appears in the green bar.
Avatars – in case you didn’t realise, an avatar is simply a small photograph or other graphic. Previously you had to email Admin if you wanted to include an avatar with your posts. You now have the facility to do this for yourself by uploading your own avatar or photograph.
If you already have an avatar uploaded to the site, this will still display, but you now have the option to change it if you wish.
If you didn’t upload an avatar, the site default will display which is the green pen and note paper.
Login to the site and go to My Profile to update or add an avatar. Full instructions are also on the Help blog.
